Delayed Delivery

• If you are in the UK and haven't received your order 5 days after you receive your dispatch email, please contact us at  customers@littleprincelondon.com and we will investigate 
• For deliveries outside the UK, please allow 10 working days before contacting us
• We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by International customs. If your order is held up please contact them directly
• Please note that following the UK's exit from the European Union, any customers purchasing from Europe will be liable for import charges. You will be contacted directly by the shipping company used and orders will be held until the charges are paid. We will not be held liable for the charges so please take this into account prior to completing your order. Unfortunately we are unable to advise on how much the charges are likely to be. We have lowered our free delivery threshold to £120 for our European customers to help offset customs charges. Free shipping automatically applied at checkout to orders over £120.
